No, that's AliB. My neighbors were letting their 3 children under 10-years-old blow things up until after 1:00 a.m.
They thought it was hilarious when a bottle rocket hit my bedroom window. At least they didn't break it.

I talked to the mom about how I was kept awake along with the dangers of shooting fireworks at my apartment today.
She was very nice and apologetic about it, so problem solved.
They're in the field behind my house blowing off the big ones right now.
